Buttermilk Falls

A Catskill Seasonal Study

This is a "study" of one of our favorite places in the Catskills. Buttermilk Falls is just off Peekamoose road. I try to stop there and get pictures every trip.

One of my first digital pictures of Buttermilk Falls. This is actually a panorama stiched from several 2 megapixel images from my first digital camera (an Epson PhotoPC 750Z).

Buttermilk Falls (2/06)

Buttermilk Falls during a mild winter. Some winters the falls are completely encased in ice, but this year they are merely fringed by the ice. Annie took this great view.
