Red-bellied Woodpecker This red-bellied woodpecker is a new visitor to our suet cakes. January 01, 2009

Seed Stealer This chubby little creature (and his kin) eats far more of our birdseed than the birds do. Here, he's been diving under the snow for treats, and still has snow on his head to prove it. January 11, 2009

Taughannock Falls in March This year has been especially cold, and the mist from the falls has frozen into huge formations. For comparison, there's an older picture (with better lighting!) on the site called Taughannock with Ice. This picture was the March page of our fourth annual calendar. March 07, 2009
